Individuals with limited English proficiency experience difficulties with language access, negatively impacting advance care planning (ACP). US Spanish speakers from various countries' acceptance of Spanish-language ACP translations remains an ambiguous matter. This qualitative ethnographic research investigated the hurdles and aids in advance care planning (ACP) with a specific emphasis on the Spanish language translation of related materials.
