For a comprehensive overview of studies investigating the effects of raspberry and blackcurrant consumption on blood pressure (BP), a systematic review and meta-analysis were developed. By querying numerous online databases—PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar—eligible studies were located, the search concluding on December 17, 2022.
